What’s your return policy?

We hope you love your Filter Beauty products; however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from www.shopfilterbeauty.com within 30 days purchase. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy.

How do I place a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at help@shopfilterbeauty.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center.

Do I need a return slip?

In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include return slips in your order. Simply email us at help@shopfilterbeauty.com and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you place your return.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
