How do I place a return or exchange?
Filter Beauty will accept returns on any orders placed through our website within 30 days of purchase. Please see our returns / exchanges page for complete information. We are only able to accept returns for items purchased through www.shopfilterbeauty.com. If you purchased a Filter Beauty item from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return/exchange policy.
How much does shipping cost? (USA orders)
Standard Shipping on orders is $5.95.
Standard Shipping on orders $35 or more is FREE.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.
How will my order be shipped? (USA orders)
Standard shipping is USPS and/or UPS Mail Innovations (the package will ship via UPS and be delivered by your local USPS). Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). Filter Beauty does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. These options are listed at check out. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.
How long will it take to ship? (USA orders)
Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). All orders, placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. We can only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.
How much is the sales tax? (USA orders)
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California and Utah. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.
Does Filter Beauty Ship Internationally?
Yes! Outside of the USA, we’re currently accepting orders from Canada, Germany, France, and the UK. We offer DHL shipping internationally, and duties and taxes will be pre-paid and collected during checkout.
For orders $0 - $99.99 USD, International shipping is $16.95. We offer Free international shipping on orders $100 USD or more!
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days and should arrive within 15 business days. Note that while these estimated times reflect the vast majority of shipments, due to uncontrollable local customs clearance processes and inspections, these estimated times could take longer. You pay guaranteed landed costs at checkout; no additional fees are due upon delivery. Subject to local clearance procedures. Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal when applicable. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.
What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, simply log into your Shopfilterbeauty.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders submitted on summerfridays.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org , but we offer no guarantee that your order will be cancelled or modified. so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Does Filter Beauty test on animals?:
Our products have NOT been tested on animals—we love our fuzzy friends too much.
